Too Much Bloom for the Vase celebrates the joyful moment when flowers outgrow the space they're expected to occupy. Petals spill beyond the rim, colours overlap, and playful patterns compete for attention. The bright green vase does its best, but the blooms have other ideas.

Part of my Escaping the Vase series, this original painting began with layers of acrylic paint and my own hand-painted collage papers were added. The torn papers, bold colours, and energetic lines create a cheerful composition that invites you to discover something new each time you look at it.
